My name is Mueed Farrukh. I am a bachelor of design degree holder from National College of Arts, Lahore passed with honors in 1993. I am running my small Design House & Promo Items with the name of BEAUX International having National Tax Number (NTN) of 2559527-0

I am hard of hearing since childhood. I have faced many hardships in my life, regarding of difficulty in speaking and listening during gup shup in my school age and friendly environment. But thanks a lot to all my group friends for donating me a Digital Hearing Aids both in my ears and i can hear the beautiful sounds of the world.

All Specially-Abled and DEAF/Hard-of-Hearing community in Pakistan has to face due to this kind of deficiency, who are suffering from hearing issues, because i am one of them. My difficult experiences and struggles with hearing loss make me a perfect person to carry on the mission of establishing a Noble Cause College with the name of “Lahore Academy of Arts”.It will be interesting and professionally learning platform for all Normal, Specially-Abled and DEAF/Hard-of-Hearing students to start their better career in the fields of Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Fashion, Interior Design, Free Computer Software Courses (CorelDRAW – Adobe Photoshop – Adobe Illustrator), Sign Languages Courses, Stitching & Embroidery Short/Diploma Courses (for all DEAF Females in order to prepare them to earn their livelihood in future without being dependent on anyone)

Scholarships will be provided for higher education to all Normal, Specially-Abled and DEAF/Hard-of-Hearing students. International Art Contests & Exhibitions for all DEAF Kids, Students and Artists will be arranged in College premises as well as at other Institutions and Local & International Art Galleries for their encouragement.

Helping Hand Card Scheme for all DEAF/Hard-of-Hearing students community will be provided. By providing brief written instructions.

It creates an awareness among the public transport and taxi drivers about the DEAF/Hard-of Hearing student’s needs. All the Lectures of different courses will be viewed through the big screen mounted on the wall or on the projector screen for their better communication between the normal students and all DEAF/Hard-of-Hearing student’s community, with different sign languages through the interpreters. Also my another objective is to develop a Noble Cause Hospital in Lahore with all free medical facilitates as given below Audiology Department, Speech Therapy Department, Rehabilitation Department Surgical Department, Hearing Test, Wax Removal and Free Medical Services, Medical Camps and Hearing Screening Tests will be provided in all Schools, Colleges and Universities in Pakistan.

Unfortunately due to lack of recourses, i cannot achieve my goal of establishing Academy/College and Hospital for the noble cause of serving Normal, Specially-Abled & DEAF/Hard-of-Hearing community.

I need your kind support and request you for the Donation of Land Sponsorship or Collaboration in the development of Noble Cause Academy/College & Hospital. This college will be affiliated/registered with The Skill Development Council (SDC), Lahore, Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), Lahore or with others Universities.
